Hannick Homes was established in 1979 and specialises in building both small and large developments, commercial and industrial projects.

In 1992 Elcombe Estates was founded as an associated company to develop individual properties, property conversions and small residential developments.

The commercial and industrial sectors have also been very important and these have included a number of prestigious office schemes in Swindon and Devizes as well as Hopton Park, a 30 acre industrial scheme also at Devizes. They combine the best of traditional building methods, materials and craftsmanship with a personal and caring approach, which has led to the receipt of several prestigious awards. The same high degree of care and attention to detail is applied to all projects.
